| Vinyl Strippable Protective Coating
An aluminum-colored vinyl coating for use on non-porous surfaces such as painted metal, glass, or baked enamel. Protects against rust, corrosion, salt, moisture, and scratches during shipment and storage. Also can be used to protect from paint overspray. Multiple thin coats ensure good stripping properties. Just peel off the coating to reveal a clean surface-no solvents needed. Not recommended for air-dried painted surfaces. May harm certain plastics, so it's best to test first.- Aluminum color helps determine desired film thickness.
- Protects up to 150°F.
- Resists mild acids.
Use 00322 for coating precision tools, instruments, highly polished surfaces (mirrors, lenses, stainless steel, chrome, anodized aluminum), dies, castings. Available in 16-oz. cans (13-oz. net wt).
